Privacy.
This site is built to be looked at, not to look at you. Here is exactly what it does and does not collect.
Nothing that identifies you. apexultra.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or social widgets, and stores no data in your browser. The interactive field on our home page runs entirely on your device; nothing it computes is sent anywhere.
Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp — for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a limited period by the provider, are not combined with any other data, and are not used to profile visitors.
If you email us (for example, to apply or to discuss a partnership), we receive what you send — your message, your name and address, and any attachments — and we use it only for the purpose you sent it. Application materials are shared only with the people involved in evaluating them and are deleted on request.
Pages on this site offer links that open a pre-addressed email draft in a webmail service of your choosing (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) or in your mail application. Following one of those links takes you to that service, whose own privacy terms then apply. We receive nothing until you choose to send.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@apexultra.com. If you are in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland, you also have the rights set out in applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it. We will not weaken it quietly.
Data controller: Apex Ultra, Inc., SRI International, 333 Ravenswood Ave, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days.
